i have visited several doctors after being told i had prostate cancer, alison was the only one that i felt took the time to explain everything in plain words that i could understand and would like to thank her alan lord.
I have been seeing Dr Birtle since may 2015 with advanced prostrate cancer, from the moment I met her I felt that both her and the clinical team would do their best to look after me and given me the confidence to keep on going her friendly greeting each time I see her tells me I have every faith this lady will always do the best she can to look after me. Thank you { remember Jane in Peter Pan }
Mrs Birtles and her staff provide wonderful care and empathy with the patient. She has time to listen and gives confidence to the patient in a constructive way in down to earth language. I have been with Mrs Birtles since 2008 and I feel secure that she is always doing her best for me. I feel safe and grateful that Mrs Birtles has looked after me since 2008 and has not passed me on to another doctor..
It's nearly three years since I first met Dr Birtle and all through my treatment for Prostate Cancer she has been absolutely wonderful. She is so easy to talk to and has an amazing team that makes the whole thing a breeze.
